Fear free for every pet, everytime. for appointments and surgeries- if needed, each pet will receive pre-op or pre-visit medication to help with the anxiety and stress of coming into the clinic. Not only is this safe, inexpensive and effective, it provides an opportunity for a full nose to tail physical exam to ensure nothing is missed. For the pets receiving surgery, these medications help mitigate use of inhalant anesthetic and thus lessening risk and side effects such as hypothermia, regurgitation and others. At EVC, we use positive reinforcement with treats and praise. Your pet will never be held down or restrained in a way that causes fear.
